American Meteorological Society 94th Annual Meeting
The 94th Annual Meeting will be held on February 2-6, 2014, in Atlanta, Georgia. The theme of the 2014 AMS Annual Meeting is "Extreme Weather—Climate and the Built Environment: New Perspectives Opportunities, and Tools." Background information on the selection of this theme is available on the AMS website.
Of particular interest is a session titled "Integrated Metrics and Benchmarking For Next Generation Hydro/Land Surface Modeling of the Water Cycle." The abstract deadline for this session has been extended from the original August 1 deadline to August 15. Submit your abstracts by clicking "Submit Abstract" and selecting the "28th Conference on Hydrology".
Please also consider the Sixth Symposium on Aerosol-Cloud-Climate Interactions. RGCM abstracts are encouraged for the session "Aerosol-cloud interaction representations in regional and global models and associated climate impact" session organized by Lai-Yung Ruby Leung and Leo Donner (GFDL). Abstract deadline is August 8.
